Micromax has made a tremendous comeback in the world of smartphones, launching two new smartphones Micromax IN 1b and Micromax IN Note 1 in India on 3 November 2020. Both these smartphones have been launched under Micromax’s Sub Brand IN. The Micromax IN 1b has been launched in two variants. The dimensions of this smartphone are 164.5mm × 75.8mm × 8.9mm and weight 188 grams. The phone has been launched in Blue, Green and Purple colors.
Micromax IN 1b has a 6.52-inch HD + IPS Display, whose display resolution is 1600 × 720 pixel and display resolution type HD+. This smartphone is powered by the MediaTek Helio G35 processor, which has a primary clock speed of 2.3 GHz. The base varient of the phone is based on Android 10 Go Edition and top varient of the phone is based on Android 10.
Camera & Sensor
The back panel of the Micromax IN 1b has a 13-megapixel + 2-megapixel rear camera, LED Flashlight, Fingerprint Sensor and an 8-megapixel selfie camera at the front.
Sensor options include Face Unlock Sensor, Ambient Light Sensor, GPS, Accelerometer, Gyroscope and Proximity Sensor. The phone supports Google Maps and the Chrome browser comes pre-installed in the phone.
Storage, Battery & Connectivity
The base variant of Micromax IN 1b has 2GB RAM & 32GB internal storage and the top variant has 4GB RAM & 64GB internal storage. Internal storage can be expanded up to 128GB with the help of a memory card. The phone has a 5000 mAh Lithium-ion battery.
Connectivity options include Bluetooth 5.0, Wi-Fi Direct, Hotspot, Wi-Fi standard 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, 3.5mm earphone jack and USB Type-C port etc.
